Before founding Blossom Accounting, I spent more than 10 years in the medical field, working in front office administration, medical assisting, billing and coding, and management. That experience taught me the importance of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and truly listening to people. My journey into accounting began when I left the medical field to help build our family business, JP Your Home Rescue. I started taking bookkeeping and accounting courses so I could better understand the numbers behind the business. What began as a practical need quickly became a passion. After personally experiencing the stress of having taxes prepared incorrectly, and not receiving the education or explanations I needed, I knew I wanted to provide a better experience for others. I began helping friends and family with their books and taxes. What started as a hobby kept growing until I saw the numbers, believed in its potential, and officially created Blossom Accounting. Today I keep investing in my education through professional courses, tax conferences, and industry training. Tax laws and business needs are always changing, and I believe my clients deserve someone who keeps learning and preparing for what comes next.
